Martha Asselin

With a background in psychology, leadership, and user research, I bring a holistic perspective to every project. I thrive in environments where collaboration and curiosity lead the process, from conducting in-depth user interviews to facilitating strategy sessions and translating insights into meaningful designs.

In recent work, I’ve taken on leadership roles, managing teams, aligning stakeholders, and shaping designs with both structure and heart. I am also integrating AI into my workflow to support better research, ideation, and design decisions. I’m exploring how emerging technologies can enhance human centered design, which is something I care deeply about.

Outside of work, you’ll find me hiking a trail, tending to my garden, or pairing the perfect wine with a favorite dish. I believe creativity flows best when we stay connected to people, to nature, and to meaningful problems worth solving.
